Service Repair – if you are experiencing a problem with an ATV product, contact the Technical Support Group at 888-288-7644, option 4 during normal business hours (8am-6pm EST) for initial troubleshooting and assignment of a Vendor Reference Number (VRN). The VRN (previous GSS) is recommended for the installer to prevent unnecessary service returns. After obtaining the VRN complete the RMA form below. An ATV presentative will contact you with a RMA number and upon receipt of the product, a service technical will contact you regarding the repair and warranty coverage.

Download Repair PolicyReturn Material – to request the return of new, unused product within the first 90 days of purchase, submit your request using the RMA form below. Products returned within the first 30 days of purchase will not incur a restock fee. Product returned within 31-90 days of purchase will be assessed a 15% restocking fee. After 90 days from the date of purchase, products are not eligible for return credit. An ATV presentative will contact you with a RMA number and upon receipt of the product, the product will be reviewed for credit eligibility.

3. Submit form
4. You will be notified of the RMA number by email or phone.
